Hello and welcome back to your final year at Martin! I hope you all had a wonderful and restful summer vacation, and that you managed to have a little bit of fun along the way as well! I am very excited to have you all back in the classroom and I am looking forward to an awesome year. I've got lots in store for you all and I *think* you're gonna like it (or at least maybe not hate it...Okay not hate everything we do...I'll try).
First things first. Go ahead and bookmark this page now on your computer or phone or whatever it is you're going to use to check this. Just do it. Done? Okay, now have your parents do it. All done? Great! Now you'll be able to find this site easily throughout the year. That will be very important because it's the main way I'll be able to give you information on what we're doing in the classroom. Unlike blackboard you don't have to sign in to view the content, all you need is internet, so that gets rid of the "I forgot my password" excuse. In all seriousness, you should get in the habit of checking this weekly. You'll be expected to do this in high school so why not start now? You'll be able to find what we are working on in class and it will be really helpful to check this when you're out. You can also find extra copies of assignments if you lose, I mean misplace, them. Most of you probably aren't reading this anymore and I don't blame you. For those of you still with me here's a joke: Q) What does a pepper do when it gets angry? A) It get's jalapeno face. Ha - I'll keep the corny jokes to a minimum I promise. Alright, enough for now. Check back regularly (read - weekly) for updates! Shelow - out. Comments are closed.
